1. it is a well known fact that an immediate cause is always needed for the start of a riot, an uprising or a revolution.
Killing of Mark by the police and protest meeting in front of the police station was such an immediate cause. All the previous riots also had their immediate causes.
Therefore to say that the riots in Manchester, Liverpool, etc., and the riots that came later and may come even later has no cause, and the killing of Mark can not be the cause is nothing more than an attempt to hide this well known truth.
Killing of Mark is the immediate cause of these riots!
2. The other well known truth is that while Killing of Mark was the immediate cause of the riots, the underlying cause was something different. Killing of Mark has simply ignited a tinderbox of causes.
The underlying causes are also well known. One does not need a Marxist-Leninist, a Stalinist to tell all what these are. Not only are they well known by the ordinary working people of all lands who live in these streets, the academics of the system could not but confess these reasons ever since they had been studying them to write reports for their governments- in USA, in UK an all over Europe.
Remember “Blair the liar” and his slogan of “tough on crime and tough on causes of crime”, that just fighting crime would not solve the problem thus he would fight the causes of the crime...
To say that the riots are nothing more than “pure criminality” is nothing more than an attempt to hide the well known truth about the underlying causes.

MAY DAY IN BARBARITY - 2011 |

If we live in a world that is a global village, is it at all possible that we live in a modern, civilised and peaceful country while the world is full of barbarity?
Think about it!
While the East European countries were being transformed, while Yugoslavia was being divided, while Soviet Union was being torn apart, the principles heard were independence of nations, sovereignty of countries, parliamentary democracy. Capitalism and the free competition and the end of history because, they said, nothing better than capitalism was possible, it was the end of human progress.
While Arab countries are being transformed it has become clear that although capitalist, these countries have had a bit more history to experience, not the end of history for them. Principles changed: human rights, right to undermine the nations’ independence and countries’ sovereignty to defend human rights, and more, the right to peaceful protest, the right to transform the country one lives in in a democratic way, that is the right to make peaceful revolution, and through revolution to achieve democracy and to live under democracy.

Rich people, the bourgeoisie try to paint the revolutions as chaos, turmoil, hunger, problems all around, and problems for everybody.
These people want us to forget that we do live with problems all around and problems for all of us. These people want us to forget that the world they rule means just that for us.
Revolutions are a festival of people!
We do enjoy revolutions!
But there is a difference between revolutions and civil wars organised by imperialism and local reactionary forces.
Revolutions take us forward-even when the revolution is defeated.
Civil wars organised by the imperialists and local reactionaries take us backward, even when they are victorious!
Unless they are transformed into a revolution!
What is going on in Arab countries are civil wars-peaceful or violent, but civil wars nevertheless- organised by the imperialists and local reactionaries. These are wars between different sections of reactionaries, enemies of people, traitors to the nations. These are civil wars where the people are manipulated and used by this or that section of the reactionaries to obtain or to preserve their reactionary, anti-people, anti- nation anti-patriotic power.
Western imperialists, together with the local agents within the Soviet Union and the East European countries, destroyed the degenerate Trotskyites, the Titoites who were in power, for their job was done and they needed to take yet another and extra reactionary step in their utilisation of these countries. The traitors who run these countries had to leave them. A new set of traitors even worse than the previous ones came to power. Battle of reactionaries go on through the velvet revolution, through orange revolution and through outright wars. All these nations suffered and continue to suffer heavily.

NOT WAR CRIMES, WAR IS THE CRIME! |

1. THE PEACE DEFENCE LAW
60 Years ago, almost to the day, on March 12 1951, the motherland of all humanity, the leader of peaceful peoples of the world Soviet Union passed the Peace Defence Law.( see: War and Peace: http://www.directdemocracy4u.org/DDDEN/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=60:war-and-peace&catid=36:information-on-direct-democracy).
This law made not only making of war but also propagation of war a major crime, a crime against humanity! People who propagate war and make war are thus criminals committing crimes against humanity!
That was 60 years ago!
For the last 60 years imperial powers led by the USA have been making wars, openly and secretly, against the working peoples of the world, against all the nations of the world.
They have organised wars openly such as against Vietnam, and used chemical and biological weapons and well as huge bombing campaigns. They are proud of their ability to send peoples and countries back into stone age, openly threaten nations with such consequences and make good their threat. They threaten to use their nuclear weapons against peoples!
They have economically, politically, diplomatically and militarily supported, all in all, organised all sorts of reactionary forces within countries and nations, and used these forces to rule those countries and nations. They have used these reactionary forces to make war amongst nations, amongst countries, openly taking sides. They have used these reactionary forces to make war by proxy amongst nations, amongst countries. They have used these reactionary forces to make war on the very nations and very countries where these reactionary forces are organised, that is they have organised internal wars, civil wars, and outright coup d’états. This is one of their ways of making war.
They have organised enemies of nations with the nations. They have organised enemies of democracy within democracies and democrats. They have organised enemies of working class within the working class movement. They have organised enemies of socialism, enemies of communism within the communist movement.These are their ways of making war.
They have made wars against working class, against the peoples, against the nations, against democracy against communism!
What they could not kill using weapons they have starved to death! They have used economic embargoes to make wars and to kill and transfer nations back to stone age!

Our Party declares that propagation of war is a crime against humanity. We base our demand for the passing of such a law by the society on the fact that 60 years ago we already had a society where this law was passed!

“One of the most graphic illustrations of the Soviet Union’s fight for peace was the adoption by the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on March 12 1951 of the Peace defence law, according to which persons guilty of war propaganda shall be committed for trial as major criminals” ( see: Page 21, “34 Years of the Soviet State, report delivered by L. It is obvious that war making is a criminal offence, the distinction between killing at war and killing of civilians during war as a criminal offence is an impossible distinction and thus those who are war mongers and war makers and their supporters must be punished for crimes against humanity!
This must be put to referendum under Direct Democracy and we hope will be supported by British People!
